Opposite Ombre

For this tutorial I used Loreal in Greycian Goddess and Magical Nail in Pacific Ocean.
You could use regular scotch tape or paters tape to get this same effect. Just cut strips.
I used nail art tape I purchased from Amazon.

Stat off with a base color. I used Loreal Greycian Goddess

I taped off my nails for easy clean up. But you could skip this step.

Next grab a makeup sponge and decide which color is going on top.Place one stroke of each color on the sponge like in the picture.
Don't blot to much, This color will start to lift. Take the tape off or do a quick clean up with acetone and qtip.

Next tape off the lines or designs you wish to have on your nails.

Then sponge with the same technique but place colors opposite of each other.
Remove the tape. And place a nice thick coat of clear.

Now, I do wish I had put the first sponge coat darker. But I do like this. And playing with different colors with this technique would be so much fun!

iStabilizer Smart Phone Tripod Mount Review

Been looking for Tripod Mount for my phone for some time now. My phone takes better pictures and video then what I already have. And I finally got fed up with setting up my phone on books and then trying to Mcgyver it somehow to stay up and video.
So onto Amazon I went. There aren't that many to choose from. I almost got one that was only $4 dollars. The reviews were 50/50 on that one. I just didn't want to spend to much is all.
But in the end I payed $15.92 for this. 4 out of 5 stars is what sold me.
I just finished filming with it for the first time. I am very happy with this purchase! I recommend this to anyone who loves to film with there phone.

Kiss Stamp Review. Plate KD16

I ordered this plate from Amazon and paid $1.95. Shipping was $3.50. The reviews were not to bad.
Its called Nail Art Stamping Image Plate KD16. I don't know why there is no retailers name. But owell. So, lets start with the quality of the plate. If you have any stamping plates then you know some plates are very thin and sharp edged. That's what this is most like. It looks as though the laser didn't cut the design in some spots. But I didn't want to judge to much with out stamping it.

I started off with some light and dark colors on my nails.

I started with the top lip and worked clock wise.
This one turned out great!

The next one, not so much. The stamp just wouldn't transfer.

Another success.

Meh...You can tell its lips.I just wish there was more definition.

Better.

This stamp was just all around bad. And I tried it a few times. You can see on the stamp there is missing lip.

Again some of the stamp didn't transfer. But it looks fine.

This one is my favorite!

And all my nails.

In all I would say its a 50/50 with this plate. I will use it again and again. But there is only 4 lips that look decent. So for $1.95 I cant complain to much. What do you think?

I took my puppy to the beach this morning and was inspired by the beautiful clear water. So this mani is my take on my beach walks.
I used Sinful Colors in Exotic Green,Savage, and Nail Junkie
I used Seche Vite for base and top.
I then put some butter London Matte on the Marbled area.
Which one do you like?
